II. Privacy notice – details of personal data processing 

In connection with the collection and processing of personal data of Website Users, pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of the GDPR, we inform you that: 

1. The Administrator of the personal data of Website Users using our services is ATERIMA Europe sp. z o.o. sp. k.

3. The Administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer, who can be contacted by writing to the Administrator's address or by email at: iod@iods.pl.
4. Personal data of Website Users will be processed for the purpose of:

• providing website services – for this purpose, we process information such as IP address, cookie data, browser data, activity data on our website, session data (Article 6(1)(a), (f) GDPR),
• conducting quality analysis of our services to improve their functionality and conducting statistics on the use of our website, using cookies, IP addresses, browser data, activity on web pages, and session data (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR),
• responding to inquiries and submissions made via the contact form or conducting email correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR),
• providing a business offer, marketing information, including information about ongoing activities, organized events, and presenting products or services (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 398 of the Act of July 12, 2024, on Electronic Communications Law),

• allowing Users to apply for jobs via the application form and participating in the recruitment process (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR),
• participating in future recruitment processes (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR),
• presenting a job offer (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). 

5. The personal data of Website Users may be transferred to processors in connection with the administration and technical support of the website, including: 

• providers of analytical systems such as Google Analytics, AddThis,
• Software providers,
• the company providing hosting, legal, advisory, and marketing services. 

6. In case of obtaining appropriate consent, personal data of Website Users may be transferred to business partners for the purpose of sending promotional and marketing information – the list of partners may be provided upon request. 

7. In the case of temporary workers, the recipients of the data will be the user employer. 

8. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the purposes specified in point 4. 

9. Personal data of Website Users will be processed: 

• until the end of the User's use of our website – in the case of website services,
• for the duration of the correspondence and may be deleted by the Administrator at any time upon prior request,
• until the completion of the recruitment process or, in the case of participation in future recruitment processes, for the period indicated in the statement, i.e. 

- in the case of recruitment for internal employees – 12 months, 

- in the case of recruitment for caregivers of the elderly – 5 years, 

- in the case of recruitment for temporary workers – 3 years. 

● until the consent is withdrawn. 

10. Website Users have the right to: 

• access their personal data, meaning the right to obtain confirmation of whether we process their data and information regarding such processing,
• rectify the data if the data processed by us are inaccurate or incomplete,
• delete or restrict the processing of personal data – if the processing is based on consent,
• portability of data,
• object to the processing of data based on our legitimate interest or against processing for direct marketing purposes,
• withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out based on consent before its withdrawal – if the processing is based on consent, 

-in the cases and on the conditions specified in the GDPR. The above rights can be exercised by contacting the Administrator and the Data Protection Officer. 

11. The User of the Website also has the right to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if it is justified that their personal data is processed by the Administrator in a manner not compliant with the provisions of the GDPR. 

12. Personal data will be processed in the form of profiling, solely for the purpose of matching the appropriate job offer. 

13. The personal data of Website Users will not be transferred to international organizations or third countries.
