The personal data provided by you is processed for the purposes of participating in the recruitment process for the position you are applying for, and, if you give separate consent, also for future recruitment processes. The legal basis for processing personal data is your consent and the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code (Art. 22 (1)). Consent can be withdrawn at any time, but its withdrawal does not affect the legality of the processing carried out on its basis before its withdrawal. Withdrawal of consent means that your participation in the recruitment process will not be possible. To offer you a suitable job, a preliminary analysis of candidate applications may be carried out electronically or in an automated manner, and your data may be profiled. We do not transfer your data to third countries. The recipients of your personal data are: authorized employees of the administrator; entities processing data on its behalf; companies and entities cooperating in the field of recruitment and employment (including contractors for whom recruitment processes are or will be conducted) as well as public administration bodies, in accordance with the requirements specified by the applicable regulations, including the confidentiality requirement and to the extent necessary to perform a specific action. We will share your personal data with companies affiliated and cooperating with ATERIMA Europe Sp. z o.o. sp. k. based in Krakow, related entities and cooperating entities, and our trusted partners and contractors to present you with job and employment offers. Personal data is processed for the duration of the recruitment process in which you participate, and in the case of giving separate consent, also for the duration of future recruitment processes, but no longer than 36 months, and in case of withdrawal of consent no longer than the day of fulfilling your request in accordance with the law. You have the right to request: access to your personal data, deletion, transfer, correction, limitation of processing, and the right to file a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority. Providing personal data is voluntary, but it is a condition of your participation in the recruitment process.
